Town and Country Homecare Mobility is a new, independent mobility store situated in the beautiful tree-lined Wealden town of Tenterden in Kent. Our opening hours are 10:00am to 4:00pm Monday to Saturday (& Sundays
during the summer months).
The aim of the business is to provide products which make daily life easier for those with mobility challenges hence our slogan everyday help for everyday needs.
The mission in the shop is to create a high level of customer service, from a friendly welcome for browsers to a full personal fitting for a bespoke rise and recline armchair. Naturally this dedication to service extends onto our website so we both invite and welcome questions or requests via the contact us page or on the telephone. The commitment to customer satisfaction will also run into a high level of after sales care. We hold large levels of stock of our most popular items and most others can be delivered within three working days.
The shop has a sister company in Town and Country Homecare Limited, which is a well established and respected domiciliary care agency also based in Tenterden. The care service provided by the company affords individuals
both from Kent County Council Social Services & those using their "Private Care Service" the dignity and independence of life in their own homes. It performs a key role in the local community and beyond covering
Tenterden, Cranbrook, Hawkurst and most parts of the weald of Kent. The company benefits from a huge wealth of experience in the care industry and its service users have indicated a need for a local product supplier to the area. That need is now being met by Town and Country Homecare Mobility.
We hope you have managed to find the product you need on our site - if you have not, please let us know and we will source it for you. If you are local to Tenterden we would encourage you to come and visit us in the shop, where you will be assured of a warm welcome and old fashioned customer service.
