Deed Options - There are many options you can use with your deed to make it unique to you. These options include choosing a colour theme to your deed, to deciding how much 3rd party advertising cost. All of these options can be done in the user control panel after you have purchased your deed. All deeds come with a unique ID deed code to insure that only the owner can make or edit any changes.
Deed Area - This is the name of the virtual deed that has been purchased.
Owner - This is the name of the person/business that is the owner of the deed.

Index Duty - Index Duty can be added to any deed. This increases value to your area. The top 12 areas in each category have there own unique page.
Share - Each deed has it's own unique share button so that it can be bookmarked and shared with all the top sites such as twitter, facebook, myspace and loads more.
Purchase Price - This is the price that is automatically added to your deed, so that people know how much you purchased it for.
Area Map - Each deed has its own unique area map that can be used to search the area.
Purchased - This is the date that is automatically added to your deed, so that people know excatly when it was bought.
Page Views - This is so you can keep an eye on how many people are visting your deed.
For Sale - In this section here you can decide weather or not you would like to put our deed up for sale.
Adverts - You choose how much you would like to sell 3rd party adverts for on each of your deeds per year.
Advert Enquries - Your E-mail address is added here so that people can contact you regarding advertising on your deed.
Company Logo - Upload any logo you like, it does not have to be a company logo, it's your deed so you choose. ( No adult pictures )
Contact Details - Add as many or as few contact details as you like, if you are unsure about what some of these details are, just click on the question mark for more details.
This Section Of The Deed - Use this section of the deed to promote your business, hobbies, about the area or anything you like, it's entirley up to you.
